By creating an account or using NestRewards, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use NestRewards. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Cashback is subject to offer-specific rules, purchase requirements, claim limits, verification outcomes, and anti-fraud checks. Offers may be modified, paused, or removed at any time. NestRewards is not affiliated with or endorsed by the retailers or brands featured in offers unless explicitly stated.
You must submit genuine, clear, and complete receipts. We may reject receipts that are invalid, duplicate, altered, outside offer terms, or otherwise non-compliant. Verification decisions are final unless reviewed by support.
Approved cashback is credited to your in-app wallet. Withdrawals are subject to minimum thresholds, account checks, processing timelines, and compliance requirements. We may delay, reverse, or block withdrawals for risk or policy reasons. Withdrawals may be processed through supported payment methods such as UPI, bank transfer, or other available methods within the app.
You agree not to misuse the App, including fraud, fake receipts, creating multiple accounts to abuse offers, account sharing, abuse of offer logic, automated abuse, reverse engineering, or violating applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, or engaged in abusive or fraudulent behavior.
The App, branding, content, and software are owned by NestRewards or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all claims will be approved.
To the extent permitted by law, NestRewards is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
Your use of NestRewards is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information including receipt data and UPI IDs.
