NestRewards values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the NestRewards mobile application. NestRewards collects certain information to provide cashback services, verify receipts, improve the application, and maintain a secure platform for users.
We may collect account information such as name and email address; profile information provided during account creation; receipt images and related purchase details submitted for cashback claims; offer and claim activity; wallet balance and withdrawal activity; device information such as device identifiers, operating system, and app usage data; notification tokens used for sending important updates; and UPI IDs provided by users to process withdrawals of cashback rewards securely.
We use collected information to operate and maintain the NestRewards service, verify submitted receipts and validate cashback claims, process cashback rewards and withdrawals, improve application performance and reliability, communicate important service updates and notifications, detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent activity, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Receipt images and related purchase information are used to validate eligibility for cashback offers and to prevent fraud. Receipts may be reviewed manually or through automated systems.
NestRewards does not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers that support essential operations such as authentication, cloud hosting, storage, analytics, notifications, and payment processing. We may also share information when required by law.
We retain information only for as long as necessary to operate the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.
NestRewards implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. All financial information, including UPI IDs, is encrypted in transit and stored securely.
Users may review and update account information within the app where available. Users may disable notifications through device settings. Users may request account deletion by contacting support@nestrewards.in.
NestRewards is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Your information may be processed or stored in locations outside your country of residence where service providers operate.
NestRewards may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected by the revised date at the top of this policy.
NestRewards uses Firebase services for authentication, notification, analytics, crash reporting, and cloud storage. These services may process user data according to their privacy policies.
Users can contact support@nestrewards.in or visit https://nestrewards.in/delete-account to view details for deletion of account. Deleted account information and related data, including receipts and UPI IDs, are permanently removed within 90 days.
